THE RECIPE:-

INGREDIENTS:-
1) POTATOES- 5 BOILED & PEELED
2) GREEN PEAS - 1/4 CUP
3) SWEET CORN- 1/4 CUP
4) CARROT- 1 MEDIUM ( FINELY CHOPPED)
5) ONION- 1 MEDIUM ( FINELY CHOPPED)
6) GINGER- 1 INCH LONG ( GRATED)
7) GREEN CHILLI- 1 FINELY CHOPPED
8) BREAD CRUMBS- 1/2 CUP
9) LEMON JUICE - 1 TSP
10) CUMIN POWDER - 1 TSP
11) TURMERIC POWDER- 1/4TH TSP
12) SALT, GARAM MASALA, - 1/2 TSP EACH
13) ALL PURPOSE FLOUR- 2 TSP
14) CORIANDER LEAVES - 3 TSP (FINELY CHOPPED)
15)CASHEWS& RAISINS - 10 BROKEN ( EACH)'
16) OIL FOR DEEP FRYING

PROCEDURE:-
1) MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS VERY WELL IN A BOWL
2) CHECK FOR BINDING
3) SHAPE THEM INTO CUTLETS IT COULD EVEN BE HEART SHAPED FOR YOUR LOVED ONES
4) HEAT YOUR OIL IN A VESSEL FRY THE CUTLETS UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
5) NOTE- MAKE SURE THE OIL ISNT TOO HOT 
6) SERVE THEM WITH KETCHUP, GREEN CHUTNEY OR YOUR FAVOURITE SNACK SAUCE !!
