INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR THE MUNCHURIAN :-
1) Cabbage- 1/2 cup
2)Carrot-1/2 cup
3)Capsicum-1/2 cup
4)Spring onion- 1/2 cup
5)Ginger-1 tsp (grated)   
6)Garlic- 2 cloves (finely chopped)
7)Corn flour-3 tbsp
8) Maida-2tbsp
9)Salt-2tsp
10)Black pepper-2tsp
11)Soy sauce-1 tsp
12) Water-1 tbsp
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR GRAVY:-
1)Oil
2)Garlic-2tbsp (finely chopped)
3)Spring onion - 1(finely chopped)
4)Tomato sauce- 2 tbsp
5)Chili sauce- 2 tbsp.
6) Vinegar- 1 tsp
7) Salt - 1.5 tsp
8) Pepper-1 tbsp
9)Corn flour- 3 tbsp.
10) Water- 1 cup
11) Ginger- 1 tbsp(chopped finely) 
12) Green Chili- 1 (chopped)
PROCEDURE OF MAKING MUNCHURIAN:-
1) Take all the veggies , finely chopped , in a bowl along with garlic , garlic , corn , flour , maida , salt black pepper and soy sauce 
2) Mix them ,  adding water as required consistency 
3) Make round balls out of the thick vegetable mixture 
4) Pre -heat oxy fryer at 160'C for 5 minutes and grease the air fryer basket with oil  then air fryer them for 10-15 minutes until nice golden brown
OR
4) Now deep fry the vegetable balls in a pan 
GRAVY:-
1) Heat some oil in a pan and roast ginger, garlic and green chili in it for a while
2)Add spring onion, tomato ketchup, chilly sauce, soya sauce and vinegar followed by salt and black pepper.
3)Mix them well and add a mixture of corn flour plus water to the pan.
4)Mix thoroughly and put the fried vegetable balls into the mixture.
5) Garnish with green onions 
INGREDIENTS FOR NOODLES:-
1)Wheat noodles - 2 cup (boiled)
2)Garlic cloves- 6 cloves(minced)
3)Yellow and Red peppers - 1/2 each (sliced)
4)Carrots- 1 (jullianed)
5) Black pepper - 1/4tsp
6) Chilli , soya , tomato sauce - 1 tsp each 
7) Salt- 1 tsp
 PROCEDURE TO MAKE NOODLES:-
1)Take a pan add some oil ,garlic and cook until golden brown and aromatic
2) Add the vegetables and cook until they soften a little
3) Add the noodles and mix in the sauces and put salt and pepper cook for 4-5 minutes.

SERVE NOODLES WITH MUNCHURIAN (NON-FRIED) ALONG WITH  COKE OR YOUR FAVOURITE BEVERAGE!
