LASAGNA - BLISS ON A PLATE😜💜

FINE LASAGNA WITH LIGHT MUSIC IS THE PERFECT DINNER/ LUNCH AFTER A STRESSED DAY AT WORK/ A HECTIC DAY. LASAGNA . QUENCH YOUR CRAVINGS WHILE RAVISHING WELLNESS IN EVERY BITE 

INGREDIENTS YOU WILL REQUIRE FOR MAKING THIS :-
1) Yellow , Green , Red Bell pepper-  1 each ( shredded/ diced)
2) Zucchini - 1(diced)
3) Carrot- 1( diced/sliced small)
4) Spinach - 250 gm.( cut and sautéed )
5) Cottage cheese/ Tofu- 200gm. ( crumbled+ salt & pepper)
5) Pasta sheets/ Philo sheets

PROCEDURE TO MAKE RED SAUCE:-
1) Blanche 6 big tomatoes in boiling water , peel them and then chop them roughly
2) Blend them in the mixture and puree them
3) Cook the puree for 4-5 minutes in a heated pan with oil then add the basil(4-5 leaves thinly sliced) , salt and pepper for taste

 PROCEDURE TO MAKE WHITE SAUCE:-
1) Add 2 tbsp. butter in a heated pan then add 3 tbsp. Flour (Maida) and roast for 1 min 
2) Slowly add in 1 cup milk while stirring  , whisk till of smooth consistency and doesn't have any lumps in it .
3) Bring it to a boil with a ribbon like consistency add salt , pepper and 1 tsp of lemon juice .

 PROCEDURE FOR THE VEGGIES:-
1) Sauté the bell peppers add zucchini , carrots in 1 tbsp. olive oil till slightly soft.
2) Add pre -  sautéed spinach separately and mix well 
3) Add salt pepper , oregano, chili flakes and some lime juice and the Cottage cheese/ Tofu if vegan

 ASSEMBLING THE LASAGNA:-
1) Grease the dish with oil
2) Add a thin layer of red sauce pasta at the bottom of the dish 
3) Add pasta sheet on top of the red sauce
4) Add a layer of vegetables on top
4) Add a layer of shredded cheese ( Mozzarella/Parmesan) on top of vegetables 
5) Add a pasta sheet on top
6) Put a layer of white sauce on top the pasta sheet
7) Then add a layer of vegetables and then cheese( Mozzarella/Parmesan)
8) Then add a layer of red sauce 
9) Add a layer of the crumbled and seasoned cottage cheese 
10) Again add a pasta sheet , layer of white sauce , a layer of vegies 
11) Grate 50-100 gm.  of cheese on top and cover top with cheese 
12) Then cover the dish with alimunium foil and seal on both sides 
13) Preheat the oven
14) Bake this dish for around 20 minutes at 180' C

SERVE LASAGNA WITH TOASTED GARLC BREAD  ON TOP AND A DRIZZLE OF OLIVE OIL THE PERFECT COMBINATION ! CUT YOURSELF A NICE SQUARE PORTION AND ENJOY THIS AMAZING LIFESAVER DISH !😋
