Loaded Nachos


Today' I am going to share with you one of my favorite quik serve snacks. I made these "loaded nachos" recently, when we got together to celebrate "bhai dooj". 

                        This takes hardly 15 minutes and comes out delectable and presentable :)


INGREDIENTS 

1-  ¼ Green Capsicum , diced cut
2- ¼  Red Capsicum , diced cut

3- ¼  Yellow Capsicum , diced cut

4 -½ Onion- Finely chopped 

5- Parmesan cheese - ½ cup shredded(Optional) 

6- Cheddar Cheese- ½ cup , shredded

7- Mozzarella - ½  cup , shredded 

8- Oregano 

9- Salt as per taste 

10- 1 Packet Nachos 

11- Olives (6-7)

12 Red Peppers -(4-5)

13-Jalapenos -(3-4)

14- Chipotle - 2-3tbsp (or any other mayo)


RECIPE

  1. Take a medium sized glass bowl which is oven resistant.

  2. Add the nachos to the bowl 

  3. Mix the vegetables together in a bowl and add 1 tsp oregano and ½-1 tsp of salt

  4. Add the Vegetables evenly on the nachos and spread them on all sides

  5. Add parmesan , cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly on the nachos 

  6. Then add Chipotle on top of the nachos

  7. Add jalapenos , red peppers and olives to garnish it 

  8. Top it off with some mozzarella cheese 

  9. Pre - heat the convection oven at 180* Celsius

  10.  Bake the nachos for around 12-15 minutes

  11.  Serve it hott !! With your favorite sauce or your choice of mayo .
