Memorable Dinner at The Leela- Spectra

Unforgettable Dinner at The Leela- Spectra

On a pleasant winter evening we went to celebrate my dad’s promotion by an indelible  dinner at The Leela- Spectra . The decor of that place was rococo and ornate , looked royal and breathtaking . It was emblazoned yet subtle and well themed. Apart from its glitzy entrance with an underlit glass runway with dramatic lighting , attention grabbing light fixtures and huge crystal chandeliers .

Upon entering the restaurant we got a table allotted to us as well as a server . He was very humble and humorous person, also showed us all the cuisines available in the buffet that they offered as well as the humongous desert section . I and my sister were really excited to try out the different cuisines and

deserts.

You will get every kind of food here from European to Japanese , Italian , Chinese to  Indian . You will even find a bar here with a huge selection of drinks to opt from . It showcases a flamboyant display of wines sourced from leading wine producing countries .

Firstly we went for the different types of cheese available like Cheddar, Gruyere and Mozzarella ,Salads like Brussel sprouts , gram crackers hummus pita bread, bean sprouts  and many more

Yasai Futomaki sushi dipped in soy sauce  was heavenly , this was without a doubt one of the most luscious dishes I’ve ever eaten. Who thought vegetarian sushi could taste so good! I'd certainly eat it again .They was great attention to detail in the presentation of all dishes. A live counter for Pizza , Pasta and Grilled vegetables like broccoli , Zucchini and Bell peppers, along with some starters that Indians love like pannier tikka and Dahi ke Kebab were also their.

The Main course was great as it offered- Thai curry and rice ,Pad Thai noodles , Indian dishes like Dal Makhni , Paneer Masala and Indian Breads as well. There was a huge array of dishes .

Although our stomachs were so full , we had to try out Chef Stephenson's desert selection . There was so much to choose from shoe pastry , cupcakes , mouse, donuts , to croissant , jalousie , tarts and apple pie .

This was a meal a compare to ‘Ambrosia’ ‘the food of the gods’ . This experience was a gastronomical experience that left me full but still wanting more .The chef outdid himself !!

It was a delectable experience with scrumptious food . This is a memory close to my heart and an unforgettable experience at Leela Spectra.
